1. Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Used fragrance oils

• Diffusers showing wear

• Items without original packaging

• Sale items (unless faulty)

3. Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 48 hours and include photos/videos.
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Refunds

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
