3. OUR PRODUCTS
Eligibility to purchase
3.1 Our Website is primarily directed at customers in the United Kingdom. We may offer international delivery where indicated at checkout.
3.2 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order.
3.3 Products available for sale include fragrance diffusers, fragrance oils and related accessories. Unless otherwise stated, products are intended for personal use only.

4. PURCHASING PRODUCTS

4.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
4.3 The contract between you and us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your product(s) have been shipped.

5. CANCELLING OR RETURNING ORDERS
Your right to cancel if you change your mind (UK consumers)
5.1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the products.

products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened or used (e.g. opened fragrance oils);

products which have been used or damaged by you;

personalised or customised items;

products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
5.3 To cancel your order, you must notify us within the 14-day period by emailing us at contact@atmosscent.com and providing:

your name;

order number;

details of the products you wish to return.
5.4 If you have already received the products, you must return them to us:

unused;
-
in their original, unopened packaging (where applicable);

within 14 days from the date you informed us of your wish to cancel.
5.5 You are responsible for:

the cost of returning products (unless the product is faulty or not as described);

ensuring that products are packaged securely and returned safely.
Refunds when you change your mind
5.6 If you cancel your order in accordance with this section and return products in acceptable condition, we will refund:

the price you paid for the products; and

standard delivery costs (if you return your full order).
5.7 We will not refund any additional delivery costs if you chose an express or premium delivery method.
5.8 Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase and will be processed within:

14 days of receiving the products back; or

14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty or misdescribed products
5.9 If a product is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under UK law. These rights are not affected by any other provision in these Terms of Sale.
5.10 If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us at contact@atmosscent.com as soon as possible, ideally with photos or videos illustrating the issue.
5.11 If we agree that the product is faulty or misdescribed, we may offer:

a repair (if applicable); or

a refund, including reasonable return postage costs (proof of postage required).
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1 All prices on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
6.2 The price payable for a product is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
6.3 We accept payment by the methods indicated on the Website (for example: debit/credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other payment services supported by Shopify).
6.4 Payment must be made in full at the time you place your order. Your card or payment method will be charged when your order is processed.
