1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
3.1 Our Website offers premium fragrance diffusers, fragrance oils, and related products. All products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed for B2B clients.
3.2 We deliver within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please check availability at checkout.
3.3 Product descriptions and images are for illustration. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but variations may occur.
3.4 All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3.5 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
4.1 When placing an order, you will have the opportunity to review and amend details before confirming the purchase.
4.2 You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance.
4.3 The contract between you and ATMOS SCENT LTD is formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

5.3 To cancel, email contact@atmosscent.com with your order number.
5.4 Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation.
5.5 You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
5.6 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, using the original payment method.
Faulty items
5.7 If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement, refund, or repair.
6. PRICES & PAYMENT
6.1 All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
